Public Records.
The Mortgagors, however, do not warrant title to said Lot 35A.
This mortgage is of equal dignity with the present first mortgage
on the above described property from Robert Paduano and RosaZie
Paduano, his wife, to the Jensen Beach Bank, a Florida Banking
Corporation, dated September 21, 1970, and recorded in Official ~
Records Book 187, Page 696, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.
A default on either of these mortgages shall constitute a default
on both.
