WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable consider
ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby gran t, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
gran tees, all that certain land situate in S t. Lucie County, Flor-
ida, viz:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 108, Unit 9, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, at pages 27A,
27B, 27C, and 27 D, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
Coun ty, Florida.
SUBJ ECT TO any easements, reservations and restric tions of
record.
1i0GETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances tha re to belonging or in any wise appertaining.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~

AND the gran tors hereby covenant with said grantees tha t the

i grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the

; grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey

~ said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to

~ said.l~nd and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
~ all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encum- ~

~ brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1969. j
