THIS ~tORTGAGE DEED, executed this 14th day of October ,
1970, by OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, I~IC., hereinafter called
the "Mortgagor", to CONTINENTAL MORTGAGE INVESTORS, a
Massachusetts Business Trust, hereinafter called the
"Mortgagee",
W I T N E S S E T N:
That for divers good and valuable considerations, and
also in consideration of the aggreqate sum named in the Pro_missory
Note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, and in con-
sideration of any and all sums due, or which may become due from
the ~iortgagor to the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto
the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, in fee simple, all
