MORTGAGE a[UDIFICATION AGREEI~NT ~ ~~~3~

THIS AGREE.*~IENf, mede and entered into by and between J. T. STEWART MORTGAGE
CoMPANY, INC., a FLORIDA CORPORAT?ON, MortgAgee, end Rutha Mae Querterme?n, a single
adult, mortgagor.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto under date o: June 6, 1970 entered into a certain
mortg~ge note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in OFFICIAL RECORDS Book
185, page 1083 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being described
as follows;
Lot 6, Block 5, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION ;
N0. Z, according to the Plat thereof as ~
recorded in~Plat Book 8, Page 25 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie, County, Florida.
i~IHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, ~mend and change some of the terms
and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the true, complete and
intended agreement between the parties: j

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the
parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of
October , 1970 and the final payment is shown to be due on or ~efore the first day of
September,2000 and the Mortgagor and Mortgagee is desirous of amending the first pay-
~aent due date to November 1, 1470 and amending the €inal payment due date to October
1, 2000 at which time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid
in full.

~ Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions and
~ provisions of the Note and Mortgage dated June 6, 1970, shall remain in full force and ,
~ effect. {
