THIS AGREEI~N'P, made and entered into by and between J. T. ST~TART MORTGe1GE
COMPANY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, Mortgagee and Hugh E. Frashure and Helen L.
Frashure, his wife, mortgagors.
WHEREAS, the parties hereto under date of June 25, 1970 entered into a certain
mortgage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded ia OP'FICIAL RECORDS BOOK
185, Page 1709 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida being described

the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
7, page 42 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
WHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the terms ~
and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the true, complete and
intended agreement between the parties:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, the I
parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day of October
1970 and the final pnyment is shown to be due on or before the first day of September,
2000, and the Mortgagor and Mortgagee is desirous of amending the first payment due '
i date to December 1, 1970 and amending the final payment due date to November 1,2000

~ Except as hereby expressly modified, all the te~s, covenants, conditions and

~ provisions of the Note and Mortgage dated June 25, 1970, shall remain in full force and

~ This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the parties hereto,
~ their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
