appeared Eleanora V. Arden who, upon first being duly sworn, d id depose
and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of Charles W.
Arden who departed this life on August 4, 1970.
2. That she and the said Charles W. Arclen wert the grantees in
that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by General Development
Corporation, a Delaware corporation, dated October 22, 1968, recorded in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R. Book 174, at page
546, wherein the following described real property was conveyed:

Lot 10, Block 58, River Park Unit No. 6, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, page 28, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, she was
married to the said Charles V4'. Arden and that said marital relationship con-
tinued without interruption until the death of the said Charles V~i. Arden.
