BEFORE ME, the undersigned office, personally appeared
MARGARET B. LAMBERT, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says as follows:
That she is the unremarried spouse of JAMES A. LAMBERT,
who died September 6, 1964, in St. Lucie County, Florida; that
she sand said JAMES A. LAMBERT were husband and ~ife on March 11,
1957, until his death September 6, 1964;~and that she and JAMES A.
I.AMBERT are the same individuals named as qrantees in that certain
Warranty Deed from LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION to JAMES A. LAMBERT and
MARGARET B. LAMBERT =ecorded in Deed Book 22~, Page 512, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which said deed conveys Lot 1,
Block 25, LAKEWOOD PARK UNIT 4, per Plat thereof in Plat Book 11, Page
2, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
