him given in and by the terms and provisions of the said last
~!ill and testament of JOSEPHINE B. LASSITER, and the said T. J.
LASSITER, individually, and his said wife, parties of the first part,
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto said parties of
the second part and their heirs and ass igns forever, all th~t
certain parcel of land lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
Lot 9 an4 the W'~ of Lot 10 of Block 8 of the
Revise8 plat of Cobbs Park, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 54 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
TOGETHER with all the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any-

wise appertaining;
ALSO, all household furniture, furnishings,
equipment and appliances contained in the
dwelling house located upon the above described
premises,
subject, however, to all taxes to be assessed and levied upon said
' property for 1970 and subsequent years.
' TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same and all the estate, right, title,
