This cause came on for further hearing on the relator's
petition for temporary injunction, for order to show cause on ;

i appointment of receiver, and for liquidation, and on the order to ~

k show cause dated October 9, 1970, and there being no appearance on ;

~ behalf of the domiciliary receiver of the respondent and the court
~ being advised in the premises, it is ordered:

~ 1. Broward Williams, insurance commissioner and treasurer

~ of Florida, is appointed anciilary receiver in Florida for Wabash
~ Fire and Casualty Insurance Company for the purpose of liquidation

~ and Charles Friend is appointed deputy ancillary receiver in
