15. All persons having claims against the respandent are
hereby directed to present all such claims to the ancillary receiver
not later than 197~, or such claims shall

be forever barred. ~ '
• 16. A1~ insurance policies, bonds, surety contracts and
other contracts of insurance, if there be any still in force,
issued by the respondent to Florida residents, 5e, and they are
hereby, cancelled according to the provisions of Chapter 631.252,
Florida Statutes, and quoted in its entirety here below:
"631.252 Continuance of coverage.--
(1) All insurance policies or similar .
contracts of coverage issued by the insurer shall
. continue in force until the earliest to occur of the
following:
(a) Expir~tion of thirty days from
~ the date of entry of the liquidation order, if the
order so specifies; or
(b) Normal expiration of the policy
or contract covera e; or
(c~ Replac~ment of the coverage by the '
insured or replacement of the policy or contract of
coverage with a policy or contract acceptable to the
insured by the receiver with another insurer; or
~ (d) Termination of the cdverage by
; the insured. ~
; (2) A claim arising during such continuation
~ - of coverage shall be treated as if it arose immediately
~ before the petition for liquidation.
E (3) The thirty day coverage cantinuation
# period provided in subsection (1)(aj shall in no ev~nt
~ be extended, and failure of actual notice to the policy-
~ holder of the insolvency of the insurer, or of commence-
~ ment of delinquency proceedings or of expiration of the
~ extension period shall not affect such expiration."

~ 11. All agents, sub-agents, brokers and producing agents
~
~ shall comply with Section 631.341, Florida Statutes. _ £
