commissions and agents' reserve funds held by the respondent or
others, books, papers, records, bank accotints, certificates of s

deposit, stocks, bonds and other securities located in Florida,
and to h~ld such deposit and all other such assets, pending

further order of the court.
3. The ancillary receiver is directed to employ, and

authorize the comgensation of, legal counsel, accountants, clerks
and assistants as he deems necessary, and authorize the payment of
the expenses of these proceedings and the necessary incidents
there~f: as approved by the court, to be paid out of the funds or
assets of the respondent in the possession of the receiver.
4. The ancillary receiver is directed not to defend
any legal action in which the respondent or any of its insureds
is or may become a defendant, commenced before or a.fter this
date.
S. The ancillary receiver is directed to commence and~
maintain all legal actions necessary to the receivership. '
~6. The ancillary receiver is directed to collect all
debts which are economically feasible to collect and which are

; due and owing the respondent in Florida.
