The ancillary receiver is directed to employ, and ~ authorize the comgensation of, legal counsel, accountants, clerks and assistants as he deems necessary, and authorize the payment of the expenses of these proceedings and the necessary incidents there~f: as approved by the court, to be paid out of the funds or assets of the respondent in the possession of the receiver. 4.
