This WARRANTY DEED Made the first day of September A. D. 1970 by
BERTRAM MZ'RICK SCHOELLER and ELLEN SCHOELLER, his ~vife•;
VIOLET G. BEARD, a widow; ESTEI..LE G. GODFREY and WILSON S~
GODFREY, her husband and L~LLIAN G. kROEKER, a widow,
hereinaftei• cal2ed the grantors, to DAVID K~ GOSNEY and REGINA V.
GOSNEY, his wife,
whose postoffice address is: 1222 C?range Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; That the grantors,for and in consideration of the sum of
$10 and other valuable considerations, re~eipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, r~mise, release, convey and confirm unto
the grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot 8, Block D and the West 7. 5 feet of vacated alley
lying imrnediately East thereof of said property in
Boulevard Development Company's Re-subdivision in ~
the City of Fort Pierce, Florida according to a plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 3 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County.
TOGE'THER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that the grantors
lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the grantors have good right
and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the grantors hereby
fully warrant the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances,
except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1969.
