I HEREIIY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, personally appeared
Jack P. Schleifer and Geraldine Schleifer, to me known to be the persons described -
in and who executed the foregoing mortgage to Bogley, Harting, Mahoney & Lebling,
Inc. and severally acknowledge the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; that the said Geraldine Schleifer, the
wife of the said Jack P. Schleifer, on a separate and private examination taken and
made by and before me, and separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to the said mortgage for the purposes
stated therein and that she executed said mortgage freely and voluntarily, and
without ~~r~constraint, fear, apprehension or compulsion of or from her said husband.

and Geraldine Schleifer, who, being by me duly sworn, depose and say that they are the
mortgagor in the foregoing mortgage; that the matters and things shown in the af~resaid ~
certificate of acknowledgment are true; that deponents have read and fully understand the
terms, conditions, provisions and agreements of this mortgage and hereby fully sub-
scribe to same, and the certificate of acknowledgment hereto attached, and this aifidavit;
that no representations, promises, warranties, or agreements not expresse3 in this
i mortgage have been made to induce deponents to execute, acknowledge, and deliver this
~ mortgage and the affidavit hereto subscribed; that the lien sought to be created by this
