I HEREBY CERTLFY that on this day, before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State aiid County aforesaid to take acknowledgements, personally
appeared Jack P. Schleifer and Geraldine Schleifer, to me known to be the persons
described in and who eaccuted the foregoing instruznent, and they have severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned; and the said Geraldine Schleifer, the wife of the said
Jack P. Schleifer, on a separate and private examination taken and made by and
before me, and separately and apart from her husband, did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to the said instrument for the purposes stated therein and
that she executed the said instrument freely and coluntarily, and without any
constraint, fear, apprehension or compulsion of or from her said husband".
