LANDriARK VILLAS, INC. has hereto£ore filed a
Declaration of Condominium in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 182, page F
1323 and as provided in Paragraph 8 thereof does hereby
amend paragraphs 1 and 4 of said Declaration as follows; , ~
(1) Exhibit "A" attached to the Declaration is
amended by changing the legal description of Parcels 2 `
through S to read as set forth in Schedule "A", hereto
