This is an Amendment to the Lease dated January
23, 1970, recorded in O.~R. Book i82, page 1373, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The parties hereto zxecuted a lease agreement
dated January 23, 1970, which such lease was recorded in
_ O.R. Book 182, page 1373, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
_ and being desirous of changing certain of the provisions
thereof do amend such lease in the folloking respects to
