AMF.NDMENT
TO
LEASE BETWEEN LANDMARK ~~ILLAS, INC. AND VILLA DEL ~OL, INC.
1'his is an Amendment to the Lease dated January 23, 1970,
recorded in 0. R. Book 182, page 1384, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The parties hereto executed a lease agreement dated
January 23, 1970, which such lease was recorded in 0. R. Book
182, page 1384, Public Records of St. Lucie County, and being
desirous of changing cei•tain of the provisions thereof do amend
; such lease in the following respects to wit:
~ 1) Paragraph 1. Description. The lease is hereby
amended to cover the real propert}~ described on Schedule "A"

M hereto attached and by re£erence made a part hereof. The real

property described in the original lease is no longer subject to
~ ~ o the terms thereof . '
