2. The 4lortgagee may, at his option, and without waiving his t~ght to accelerate the indebtedness heteby

the mor~gage account anJ become an inte~ral parl thereaf, subject in ail respects to the terms, conditions, and

uf the oria~nal indebtedness evidenced by said note and secured by this mort~a~e. exceptin~ however, that said ~
