Court, having qiven full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: `
that this Court has jurisdictfon of the parties and subject matter af thfs suits
that the relation of husband and wife now exisfis between the Plaintiff and De- ~
fendant; the equities are with the Plaintiff and aqainst the Defendant, and the
Pla.intiff is entitled to a divorce. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADNDGED as follows: ~

The marriaqe between the Plaintiff, ELIZABETH C. WEITZMAN, r-

and the Defendant, BENJAMIN H. WEITZMAN, be and the same is hereby t

dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby forever freed fro
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
gations arising therefrom.
Custody of HALE i~. WEITZMAN, the rriinor child of Plaintiff and
Defendant, is hereby awarded to Plaintiff, with ~easonable visitation riqhts

reserved to the Defendant. ~

T:ie property settlement agreement admitted into evidence i.~ hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered tc~ comply with t
the provisions thereof.
