PARTIAL RELEASE OI~' MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TIi~SE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, PAN CARIB ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida cor-
poration, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagor, by Inden-
ture of Mortgage bearing date the 22 day of September,
1970, and recorded in the office o~
e-Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Floric~a, in Official Record Book
187, page 876, granted and conveyed unto O. C. PETERSON and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Trustees Under the Will of Fl.em
C. Dame, deceased, hereinafter referred to as the Mortgagee,
and their assigns, the premises therein particularly des- ~
cribed, to secure the payment of the sum of NINE THOUSAND ~
DOLLARS ($9,00(f:0~6-j, with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the
said Mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described
being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and opera-
tion of said Mortgage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW
YE, that the said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of THREE
THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($3,000.00), to them in hand paid by, ~
or on behalf of, the said Mortgagor at the time of the execu- ~
tion hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do #
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from ~
the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortga- ~
gor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the ~
premises conveyed by said Mortgage, inore particularly des-
cribed as follows:
The North one-half of Lot 20, the South 37.5 ~
feet of Lot 19, and all of Lot 16, JEFFERSON ~
PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file ~
; in Plat Book 4, page 96, of the public records F
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida.

j TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
~ unto the sai.d Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever,
; freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of
= said mortgage, and every part thereof; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise ~
impair, alter or diminsh the effect, lien or encumbrance `
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said :
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
~ the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has hereunto
~ set their hands and seals, the 29th day of October .
