by MYRON JONES WILSON and JUNE INGRAM WILSON, his wife; GEORGE
BYRD WILSON and JOYCE McINTOSH WILSON, his wife; WADE HAMPTON
WILSON and CHARLSIE GREGG WILSON, his wife; JOHNNIE LOU WILSON
SMITH and JACK C. SMITH, her husband; MARTHA ALLENE WILSON, a
single adult; ROBERTA ANN WILSON CARTER and GEORGE E. CARTER, her
husband; ELSIE LILLIAN WIISON CONRAD and JAMES A. CONRAD, her
husband; BETTY SUE WILSON, a single adult; EDITH WINIFRED WILSON
WILLIAMS and ASA D. WILLIAMS, her husband; and JAMES EDWII~i WILSON
and JANE SMITH WILSON, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor,
to BETTY SUE WILSON, 2621 Old Dixie Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida,
33450, hereinafter called the grantee: ~

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum af $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof -
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, a11 that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
