peared CONSTANCE C. HA.RRIS, who, after being by me first duly
swarz, upon oath says: That my name is CONSTANCE C. HARRIS,
that affiant is the daughter of SALVATORE COSTANZA and ROSE
COSTANZA, his wife; that affiant has personal knowledge of the '
use of the above property, which is known as Rose Lane, having
been named af~er affiant's mother; that affiant lived in a
home constructed adjacent to the above-described property
