RESOLUTION NO. 70-80 ~

SATISFACTION OF LIEN 2~,~~35~'~
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
C~unty pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 13th day of November, 1969 filed a lien
against any property owned by JOHN DICK, 4166 Lebanon Road,
White City, Fort Pierce, Florida, in ~he amount of $147.00, said
lien being recorded in OR Book 181 at page 54 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, and
WHEREASt said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOWt THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in nleeting assembled
this 27th day of October, 1970 that said Board does hereby
acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said lien and
directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the
