appeared DIANE B. KING who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose

1, That she is a Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St.
~ Lucie County, Florida and that as such Deputy Clerk the public records of
said County are under her supervision and control.
2. That the only plat of Pleasant View Subdivision recorded in
the public recorcis of St. Lucie County, Florida, is recorded in Plat Book 8 }
at page 53; and further affiant sayeth not.
