On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared HILDA MAE CAMPBELL of 906 South 17th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, who, upon first being duly s~vorr. by me, did depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of all of the facts stated herein.
2. That she is the sister of Earl Z'. Gillis, who, together with his
wife, Ann M. Gillis, ~v as a grantee of the above referenced property by
virtue of that certain warranty deed given by John B. Waters, a single adult,
dated July 30, 1951 and recorded in Deed Book 166 at page 505 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the said Ann M. Gillis died on or about November 8, 1960 ~vhile
a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that at the time of her death, sh e
was the wife of the said Earl T. Gillis, and that said marital relationship

( was continuous and without interruption fromthe date of the aforesaid warranty ;
~ deed until the death of the said Ann M. Gillis; and further affiant sayeth not.
