On this day, before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared ~
Errol S. Willes who, upon first being by me duly sworn, did depose and say; ~

1. That he is a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, and has been a ~
practicing attorney in said County for more than 35 years. ~

2. That he supervised the execution of that certain satisfaction of mortgage
which was executed by Ann Sturtevant Kitching as Executrix of the Estate of Anna
G. Sturtevant, deceased, on January 31, 1969, and recorded in Official Record
Book 175 at page 1727, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

3. That said satisfaction of mortgage was given as evidence of the satis-
' faction of that certain mortgage deed executed by Earl T. Gillis, a widower, to
Allen R. Sturtevant and/or his wife, Anna G. Sturtevant, dated February 18, 1964 ~
~ and recorded in O. R. Bk. 81 at page 343.

~ 4. That the promissor;~ notes referred to in that certain mortgage extension ;

; agreement by and between Ann Sturtevant Kitching as Executrix of the Estate of j
f ~
s Allen R. Sturte~ant, deceased, and Anna G. Sturtevant, a widow, by her attorney ~
~ ~
` in fact, Ann Sturtevant Kitching, as mortgagees, and Earl T. Cillis, a single adult,
~

~ as mortgagor, and Byron W. Speiss and Maudie Bell ~peiss, his ~vife, as purchasers,
~ -
~
~ dated April 13, 1 967 and recorded in O: R: Book 166 at page 186, were surrendered
~ as cancelled at the time of execution of the aforesaid satisfaction of mortgage and
~
~ that said satisfaction of mortgage was given as evidence of the full payment and ~
~ s

~ satisfaction of the aforesaid promissory notes and niortgage deed; and further

affiant sayeth not.
