TRUST PROPERTY I'or good and valuable consideration, the Grantor does hereby transfer and deliver Lo the Trustee the property described in Schedule A hereto annexed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Trustee, and hereinafter designated as the Trust Corpus, which sha.ll be held by the Trustee in trust for the uses and pnrposes and upon the terms and canditions set forth herein. ; 3. FUTURE ADDITIONS The Grantor reserves the right to transfer additional property to the Trustee during his lifetime or under his Will if this trust has not t ~een revoked by the Grantor prior thereto, and any such additions are to ; be held as part of the Trust Corpus as though originally transferred ~ hereunder. 4. DISPOSITI VE PRO VISIQNS The Trustee shall hold, manage, invest, apply and distribute the net income and the corpus of the trust in the following maruzer and upon the following terms and conditions: (a) During the life of the Grantor, (1) to pay laim the net income quarterly or more often, or to apply the same for his use; (2) to pay over to him free of trust any amounts or = ; ~ principal which he may from time to time request in writing. 5.
