HomeMy WebLinkAbout2964 ~ 7J~1. :~~::4~1 i ~ ~ Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, if any child or issue of any deceased child of Grantor is under 21 years of age when the Trustee is required by the death of the Grantor to distribute any portion of the principal to such child, his portion shall vest indefeas- ibly in such child, but the Trustee may withhold possession and continue to hold it in trust for the child's benefit until he attains 21 years of age. In the meantime, the Trustee shall use so much of the income and princi- + pal for the child's reasonable support, comfort and education as the Trustee determines to be required for those purposes. 6. FEDERAL ESTATE TAX This trust estate shall be liable for all estate and inheritaiice taxes levied upQn or with respect of this trust estate or the distributable shares thereof. The Trustee is hereby authorized and directed to reim- burse the exscutor or other personal representative of the Grantor for any such taxes paid by the executor or administrator or other personal repre- sentative on account of such taxes paid on the property constituting this trust estate. 7. TRUSTEE'S POWERS The Trustee shall have ttie following powers and discretions, - ; in addition to any confe rred by law: ~ (a) To retain the property described in the schedule attached I i ~ and any property added to the trust estate, without liability for any decrease : ~ in value. ~ (b) To sell or exchange any property comprising the trust ~ ~ ~ estate and, without being restricted to property authorized by the laws of ~ - iction for trust investment to ~ the State of Florida o. of any othe r ~urisd , invest in any kind of property whatsoever, real or personal, whether or not ~ productive of income, and without regard to the proportion that such property, ~ . or property of a similar character held, may bear to the entire trust estate. M: - (c) To sell, exchange, lease, mortgage, partition, or ~ improve any real estate comprising the trust estate, upon such terms as ~ it may deem proper, and to execute and deliver deeds, leases, xnortgages, ~ ~ or other instruments relating thereto.
