(g) To reimburse itself from the trust estate for all reason-
able expenses incurred in the ac.+ministration thereof.
10. RESIGNATION OR REMO VAL OF TRUSTEE
~ The Trustee may resign by written notice to the Grantor and may
be removed at any time by the Grantor by written notice to the Tru~tee.
In case of resignation or removal of the Trustee, the Grantor may by in-
strument signed and acknowledged appoint a successor Trustee and such
successor Trustee upon executing an acknowledged acceptance of the
trusteeship, and upon the settlement of the accounts and discharge of the
prior Trustee, shall be vested without further act on the part of anyone,
with all the estate, title, powers, duties, immunities, and discretions
granted to its predecessor. The prior Trustee shall, however, execute
and deliver such assignments or other instruments as may be deemed
advisable. If a successox Trustee is not appointed within 30 days after the 4

giving of notice of resignation or removal, United National Bank, Miami, ~

Florida, shall act as successor Trustee upon compliance with the provisions
of this paragraph.
11. SITUS
This trust has been accepted by the Trustee in the State of Florida, `
; and all que stions pe rtaining to its validity, construction, and administration
~ shall be determined in accordance with the laws of that State.

; 12. POVIIER OF AMENDMENT AND RE VOCATION

~ The Grantor may from time to time by instrument signed, acknow-
~ ledged, and delivered to the Trustee, modify, amend, or revoke in whole or
~ i
~ in part this agreement or the trust hereby created. To the extent thus re-
s
~ voked, the Trustee shall deliver the principal of the trust estate to the
~ Grantor, upon receiving a proper receipt, and shall execute and deliver
~ any instruments required to release all interest of the Trustee in such

~ property. No modification shall diminish or increase the Trustee's obliga-
~

rt: tions without its consent in writing.
~ 13. FEES

~ During the life of the Granto r and while he is capable of exe rcising

~ those powers reserved to him under paragraph 8 of this indenture, the

'Frustee's fees shall be at the rate of 5% of the income per annum, but in
