no event less than One Hundred ($1~0.00) Dollars minimum annual fee.
In the event of the death of the Grantor or in the event he is incapable of
exercising those powers reserved to him under paragraph 8 of this in-
denture, then in that event the ~ru~tee shall be compensated in accord-
ance with its published schedule of fees in effect at the time the services
are rendered.
