THIS WARRANTY DSED, made and executed the 30th day of January,
1070, by the RIDG$CREST COMPANY, a corporation existing under the ~
laws of Florida, and having~its principal place of business at 2251 ,
North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called
the Grantor, to MOBILS AMSRICANA CORPORATION, a corporation existing
under the lawa of the State Qf Mi.nnesota, with its penaanent post-
office address at 80 Fast,-Vaclnais Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota
