WE, WILLIAM C. MARTIN AND WIFE, ALBERTA B. MARTIN,

true and lawful holders of the claim secured by M'ortgage
Deed executed December 30th, 1965, in the original amount

of Roqer Poitras, Clerk Circuit Court, St. Lui~~e County,
