Before me, the undersigned officer, duly authorized under the
Laws of the State of Florida to administer oaths and take ack-
nowledgments, personally appeared MAItY MORANDO, a single woman, and
being the unremariied widow of ITALO MORANDO, also known as ITALO ~
AMERIGO MORANDO, who, being first duly sworn, under oath, deposes
and says:
1. That Affiant is the owner of the following described
properties, to wit:
(a) Lot 9, Block 12, of HIALEAH FOURTH ADDITION, according
to the Plat thereof_recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 83, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida; together with
furniture and furnishings contained therein.
That Affiant and ITALO MORANDO, deceased, took title to _
said property as tenants by the entirety by Warranty Deed dated
March 6, 1948, filed March 6, 1948, under_ Clerk~s File No. X-14415,
and recorded in Book 2983, Page 495, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
(b) Lot 14, in Block S, of LOVELL PARK, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 64, at Page 135, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
That Affiant and ITALO MORANDO, deceased, took title to
said property as tenants by the entirety by Warranty Deed dated
August 2, 1962, filed August 6, 1962, under Clerk's File No.
62R-132257, and recorded in Official Records Book 3268, Pa,ge 502,
; of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.

; 2. That Affiant and -the said ITALO MOR.ANDO, also known as
~ ITAIA AMERIGO MORANDO, were legally married at the time of taking
, title to the herein described properties, and that such marriage i
~ remained continuous and without interruptiort until the death of the ~
said ITALO MORANDO, also known as ITALO AMERIGO MORANDO, on March 23,
~ 1967, in Dade County, Florida.
