EXECUTOR'S QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ O~ day of
1970, between George F. Hill, as the duly qualified and acting executor of the
estate of Albert Parker Hall, deceased, party of the first part, and Rosemary
E. Hill and Marcine E. Olson, parties of the second part, and
WHEREAS, Albert Parker Hall died on August 22, 1969, and on
August 25, 1969, the party of the first part was appointed executor and con-
tinuously since that time has discharged the duties of executor of the estate
of Albert Parker Hall, deceased, as required by-law; and -
WHEREAS, the party of the first part has published notice to creditors
of the estate as required by law and the period during which cl.aims could be
filed validly against the estate has expired; and
WHEREAS, all parties filing claims as creditors of. the estate have .
been paid in full by the party of the first part as part of his administration; and
WHEREAS,the first party has secured nontaxable certificate No.
C-23822 from the Comptroller of the State of Florida and has collected all of
the assets of the estate of Albert Parker Hall, deceased, that are collectible
and has otherwise faithfully administered all the goods, chattels, rights and
credits of the decedent; and
WHEREAS, the party of the first part has completed the adminis-
tration of the estate of Albert Parker Hall, deceased, and has applied to the -
County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for an order dis-
charging him as executor;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the °premises, said party
of the first part does hereby remise, release, quitclaim and confirm unto the
said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, that
certain land in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, described~ as follows:
; That part of the West 80 feet of the East 240 feet an d that part of
~ the West 80 feet of East 800 feet of S2 of Outlot 7 and N4 of Outlot
F 8 according to a plat of White City as recorded in Plat Book 1, at
i page 21 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said
~ lots lying and being in EZ of SE4 of Section 4, Township 36 South,
~ Range 40 East, which lie South of the following described line:
~ Commence at the SE corner of the abov~described land and on
` West right of way of Oleander Avenue run thence North along the _
West right of way line of Oleander Avenue a distance of 131. 25
feet for the point of beginning; run thence West at 90° angle with
right of way of Oleander Avenue and parallel with South boundary
of above described land 910 feet; run thence Southwesterly to a
~ point which is 20 feet North of South boundary of said land and
~ 1060 feet west of East boundary of said land continue West parallel
with and at a dista.nce of 20 feet from South boundary of above
~ described land to East right of way of Citrus Avenue. ~
~ Together with all and singular the tenen~ents, hereditaments and
~ appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
