TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the parties oI the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part does hereby -covenant to and with
the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the laws of the State of Florida
have been followed and complied with in ail respects.
