This Addendum to that certain Lease dated the 2 S~ day
of August, A. D. 1970, by and between CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA,
party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as "CITY," and
INDIAN RIVER MINERAL, INC., a Florida corporation, party of the second
;
part, hereinafter referred to as "MINERAL,"
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for and in consideration of the terms, conditions and
covenants of the aforesaid described Lease"and in further consideration
of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consi-
dera~ions, MINERAL hereby agrees as follows: .
l. To the installation of a park entrance and park area
as delineated upon Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made~ a part hereof.
2. To the installation of a fence at the point on the ground
as illustrated on said Exhibit "A" by the broken line in red pencil.
3. To install a sprinkler system assembly as indicated
on said Exhibit "A" for the purpose oE preventing dust arising from
the sand stock pile as exhibited on said Exhibit "A".
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, first party has caused its municipal
corporate name to be signed hereunto.by its undersigned duly authorized,
acting anc: em~owered Mayor-Commissioner, and its City Clerk, and its
municipal corporate seal hereunto to be affixed on and as of the day
and year first hereinabove mentioned, and second party has caused
its corporate~name to be signed hereunto by its undersiqned duly
authorized President and.Secretary and its corporate seal hereunto
