~REAS, parties hereto desire to modiYy, amend and change some of tbe terms

and provisions of seid Mortgage in order that it may set fortb the true, complete
and intended agreement bet~reen the parties: .

the parties do hereby agree as fo]1ows: ~ ~
The first montb~jr paym,ent is shown to be due on or before the first day oY
October, 1970 and the Pinal payment is shown to be due on or before the first
day of Se~Ober, 2000 the Mortgagors and Mortgagees are desirous oP amending the
first payment due date to December 1, 197C~nd amending the ~inal paymeat due dete to
~~~r. pppp at ~bich time the entire outstanding remaining pr~ncipal balance
shall be paid. in ftil.l. -
Except as hereby express~jr modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions and
provisions of' the Note and I~brtgage dated Ju~v 15~ 1970 , shsll remain in flill
force and effect.
This agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the beneYit oY the parties
hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
