2. The Mort~a~ee may, at his option. and without waivin~ his ti~ht to accelerate the indebtedness heteby

4. To the extent of the indebtedness of the Mort~a~or to the Mort~a~ee described hetein or secured hereby,
the Alartaa~ee ia hereby subro~ated to the lien or lieos and to the ri~hts of the owners aad holders t4ereof of each
and rvery mortga`e, lien or other incumbrance on the land described herein which is paid and/or satisCed, in
whole or in part, out of the proceeds of the loan described herein or -secured hereby, aad the respective liens of

cessors in interest with reference to this deed and the debt hereby secured. in the same manner as with the Mort-
gagor without in any way vitiatina or dischu~in~ the Mataa~oc's liability hereunder or upon the debt hereby
secured. No sale uf the premises hereby mort~a~ed and no fatbeuance on the put of the Mott~ajee, and no ex-
