I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, personally appeared
Jack P. Schleifer and Geraldine Schleifer, to me known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing mortgage to Bogley, Harting, Mahoney & Lebling,
Inc. and severally acknowledge the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; that the said Geraldine Schteifer, the
wife of the said Jack P. Schleifer, on a separate and private examination taken and ~ -
made by and before me, and separately and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge that she made herself a party to the said mortgage for the purposes
