In this instrument the singular shall i~clude the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All ~ights and obligations under this mortgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, ad.ininistrotors,=suaesso~s and auigns of the Mortgagor and Mongagee.
