ASSIaNMENT OF MORTOAaES

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, Thomas J. Barr, as Trustee of the Thomas James Barr Trust,
party of the first part, in consideration of the swa of ONE DOLLAR and
other valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of HARRIS
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a Flori~da corporation, party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and d~livery of these presents, the receipt ~
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign
transfer and set over to the said party of the second part, those certain
mortgages together with the promissory notes therein described and the
money due and to become due thereon with the interest, as the same accrues ~
thereon, and all the right, title and interest of the party of the firat
part in and to the premises in the said mortgages described with the full ~
benefit of all powers, r~ghts, and remedies eapressly or impliedly cont- ~
ained therein and conferred thereby upon said party of tbe first part said ~
mortgages, notes and contracts being more particularly described as #
follows, to-wit: ~ ~
(1) All those certain mortgages and notes, exc~pt those previously .
assigned or.satisfied of record, described and set out in that certain
"Assignment oP Mortgages an~ Escrow Agreement" dated the 28th day of May, ~
1965~and recorded in Official REcord Book 119, pages 253 to 289, inclu-
sive, of the public records of St. Lucie County, FLorida.
(2~ Al1 those certain mortgages and notes which have been subsequently .
assigned by the.party. of the second part to the party of the first part
as additional security to that certain "Assignment of Mortgages and Notes
as Collateral SEcurity" dated the 28th day of May 1965 and recorded in
Official Record Book 119, pages 253 to 289 inclusive, of the public -
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,. not already reassigned.
