siyned agrees to make payinent thereot within 10 days atier demand. Provided, however, ihat dem~d
tor payment shall not exceed actual oosts or eYpenses incurred.
4_ In the event that the undersigned shall fail or refuse to make payment ot the actual cosis or
expenses incurred, then, amd in that event only, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-
