By the acceptance and recording of this deed, the grantees herein agree to assume and
pay as a portion of the consideration for this conveyance that certain mortgage dated
April 7, 1961 and recorded in OR BOOK 7 at PAGE 594, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida in the original prir_cipal amount of $14, 500.00 from the grantors herein
as mortgagors ; and subsequently assigned by the mortgagee, Ainerican Title Insurance
Company, to the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company by virtue of Assignment of
Mortgage dated July 25, 1961 and recorded in OR Book 15 at page 295, Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and said grantees agree to hold the grantors harmless there-
from.
