such period of continuing trust the Successor Trustee, in his absolute discretion, may retain the specific trust property herein described
if he believes it in the best interat of the bene6ciary so to do, or he,may sell or otherwist dispose of such specific trust pmperry,
investing and reinvesting the proccecls as he may deem appropriate. If lhe spocific trust property shall be productive of income or it
it be sold or othervrix d'upoxd of. the Successor Trustee msy apply or expeod any ur all of t6e incane or
principal diraUy (or the
maintenance, cducation aod support of the minor beaetciary w~ilhout the interventio~ of any Euardian and without application to any
court. Such p~yments of income or principal may be made to the pareots of wch minw or to the perwn with whom ~he minor is
living without any liability upon the Successor Truslee to s~e to the applipuion thereof. It any sucfi minor survives me but dia
before tl~e agc of twenry-one years, at his or he~ death the Successor Trustee shall deliver, pay over, trans(er and distribute the trust
properry being held for such minor to said mitar's personal rcpresentativa, absolutely.

and, in my sok discretion as trustee, either to accumulate such income u an addition to the trust asscts being heW hereunder or pay
such income to myxlf as an individual. -
3. I rcserve unto myself the power and right at any time during my liktime to amend or rcvoke in whok or in part the trust ~
hercby created yvithout Ihe necessity of Obtainina the oonsent of any btneficiary and without siving notioe to any beneficiary. The sak
or other dispoaition by me of the whok or any pon of the property held hercunder shall wnstitute as to such whok or part a
rcvocation ot this trust. .
4. The death during my lifetime, or in a common accident or disaster with me, of all of the beneficiaria daianated hercunder _
shall revoke such designation, and in.the former cvent, I reserve the righi to daisnate new beneficiuies. Should I tor any rcason fail
to daignate soch new beneficiaries, this trust shall terminate upon my death and the trust property shall rcvert to my atate.
