the Successor Trustee shall hold the trust asxts in continuing trust until such beaeficiary attains thc age of twenty-one years. During
such period of continuing trust the 3uccessor Trustee, in his absolute discrotion, may rclain tht specific trust properq herein described
if he believes it in the best interest of thc beneficiary so to do. or he may seU oc othenvise dispose of such specific trust prop~rry,
investing and reinvesting the proceeds as he may dcun appropciate. If the speci6c trusl property s6aU be produclive of incane or it
it be sold or otherwix disposed of, the Successor Trustee may appiy or ea~pend any or all of the incame or principal di~ceUy for the
maintenance, educatiort and support ot the minor beaeficiary aitbout tbc intervention of any guardian and without application to qny
court. Such payments of income or principal may be made to the parents of such minor or to the person with whom the minor is ,
living without a~y liability upoo the Successor Trustee to ste to the applicatio~ thercof. If any such minor survives tne but dia
