court. Such payments of inrome or principal may be made to the parcnts of such minor or to the person with whom the minor is ~
living without any liabitity upon the Successor Tn~stee to see to the application thercof. Ii any such ~ninor survives me but dia
before the age of tvrenty-one years, at his or her death the Successor Trustee shall deliver, pay over, tnnsfer and distribute the trust
properry being held for such minor to said minor's pcrsonal representa~ives, absolutely.

4. The doath during my lifetime, or in a common accident or disuter with me, of all of the beneficiuia daignaled hcreunder
