court. Such payments of income or principal may be msde to tbe puents of such minor or to the person with whom the minor is
living without any liability upon the Successor Trusiee to see to tht application thereof. lf am such minor surviva me but dia
beforc the age ot twenry-one years, at his or her death the Successor Trustee shall deliver, pay over, tnns(er and distribute the tnut
properiy being held for such minor to said minor's porsonal representatives, absolutely.

4. The death during my lifetime, or in a common accident or disuter with me, ot all of the beneficiaries designated hercunder
shall revoke such designation, and in the former event, 1 reserve the right to daignate new benefxisries. Shou{d i for any reason tail
to designate such new beneficiaria, tAis trust shall terminate upon my death and the trust property shall rcvert to my atate.

first above named, unkss such beneficiary be a minor or kgally incompetent, in which event I hereby nominate and appoint as
