During such period ot continuing trust the Successor Tnutee, in his absolute discretion. may ntain the speci6c trust property herein describcci if he believes it in the best interest of the benefxiary so to do. or he may sell or othenvix dispo~e of such specific trust properly, investina and reinvesting the proceeds as he may deem appropriate. If the specific trust property aball be productive ot income or ii ( it be sold or o~hervrix dispoaed ot, the Successor Trustee may spQly o~ racpeml any or all of the inccrne or principal dircctly for the maintenance, educatiai and support ot the minor beaefciary without the int~vention of anr ~uardian and wilhout application to any court. Such payments of income or principal may be made to the puents of such minor or to the person with whom the minor is living wilhout any liability upon the Successor Trustee to see to the application thereof. If any such mitar wrvives me but dics before the age ot twenty-one years, at his or her death the Successor Trustee shal) delive~, pay over, tnrufer and distribute the trust property being held tor such mirwr to said minor's personal representatives, absolutely. 2.
