court. Such payments ot incane or principal may be made to the parcnu of such minor or to the person with whom the minor is
living without any liability upon the Succcswr Trustee lo see to the appliratioo thereof. If any such minor surviva me but dies
before the age ot twenty-one ycars, at his or her death the Successor Trustee shall dtlive~, pay over, transfer and distribute the trust
prope~ty being held for such minor to said mirwr's personal naesentativa, absolutely.

4. The death during my lifetime, or in a common aceident ar disaster with me, ot all of the beneficiaria designatod hereunder
shall revoke such designation, and in the former event. I rcse~ve the ~ight to dai~nate new beneficiaria. Should i for any reason fail
to designate such new beneficiaries, thii trust shall terminate upon my death and the trust propeny shall revert to my atate.
