may be ezchanged for the same aggregate principal amount of fully
registered bonds of tLat series.
'Within a reasonable time after the reoeipt of a request- for such an
exchange the Company shall issue und the Trustee shall authenNcate
and deliver all bonds. required in ~onnecaon therewith, and the Trustee
shall make such exchange upon payment to it of such cbarge, if any,
as is required by the following paragraph.
Fa~ any ezchange of fully registered bonds for other fuUy re~istered
bonds the Company at its option, may require the payment of a sum
sufficient to reimbwrs.e- it for any stamp or other tax or governmental
charge required to be paid by the Company or the Trustee, and in ad-
. dition a further suna not in ezcess of the actual cost of the preparation
of each new bond issued`upon such euchange and the cbarges of the
Tn~stee in oonnection therewith. .

~ S~cnox 7. Upon the eaecution of this Seventeenth Supplemental In-

denture the Company shall eaecute and deliver to the Tnistee and the
Trustee shall authenticate and deliver to the Company or upon the order
of the Company bonds of said Series M in the form of registered bonds -
in the aggregate principal amount of Siz Million Dollars (~6,000,000);
such bonds to be issued against unfunded net property additions as pro-
vided in Article IV of. the .Original Indenture, as amended.
S~criox 8. The Company agrees that ( a) it will at all times main-
tain, preserve and keep the mortgaged and pledged property, with the
appurtenances and every part and pazcel thereof, in good repair, work- .
ing order and condition and equipped with suitable equipment and ap-
pliances and in accordance with the accepted standards and iequir~
ments of the Public Service Commission of Florida; ( b) upon written ~
request by holders of at least 25% in principal .amount of Series M bonds
then outstanding ( during a three-yeaz period beginning November .1,
~ 1970) the Company will have its properties inspected by an engineer
